Executive Officer

Scott is a respected industry specialist with over 20 years experience in asset disposition transactions. Scott helps companies, lenders, financial buyers, and strategic buyers to structure transactions and maximize returns on surplus and underutilized inventory, machinery and equipment.
Most recently, Scott was Chief Operating Officer of an international liquidation and appraisal firm. During his tenure, he gained extensive auction and appraisal experience. He also garnered valuable industry insight and built many strong business relationships.
Scott and his team have an extensive knowledge base in construction, material handling, stamping, fabricating and metalworking equipment. Together they have the experience to navigate through the changing markets to maximize asset values for their clients.

Brian brings years of corporate marketing and sales experience to the Meadoworks organization. He has helped to develop the most innovative marketing, advertising, and sales strategy within the industrial equipment arena. Brian has also been involved in structuring and implementing some of the largest asset disposition transactions in the plastic processing and machine tool industry.
Brian brings twenty years of invaluable technical experience in the plastic processing and machine tool fields. His knowledge and expertise have helped the Meadoworks organization become the most technically advanced sales and marketing company within in the plastics and metalworking industry.
Prior to joining Meadoworks, Brian managed a global distributor of industrial equipment. He also has extensive direct sales experience, heading machinery sales at Cincinnati Milacron during his tenure there.

A seasoned transactional attorney, Mr. Teich represents the Meadoworks organization in the marketing, liquidation and/or purchase of inventory and machinery & equipment and the disposition of leases in bankruptcy cases, assisting with the structuring and documenting of transactions. Mr. Teich is also a key component in identifying business opportunities to aid in the Meadoworks Organization’s overall growth strategy.
Mr. Teich graduated with honors from Emory University in 1993 and from Chicago-Kent College of Law with honors in 2000. Mr. Teich was the Executive Editor of the Chicago-Kent Law Review and a recipient of the Thomas I. Colby Merit Scholarship for Academic Excellence. Mr. Teich also received two CALI Academic Achievement Awards. Additionally, Mr. Teich served as a judicial extern for Judge Ann C. Williams of the District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Gerry leads the development and implementation of cost-effective technology solutions to support customer-centric sales initiatives. Gerry is continually implementing ways to streamline the sales process to create more selling opportunities. Gerry also ensures that the Meadoworks Team is executing marketing strategies for our clients.
Gerry arrived at Meadoworks seven years ago after managing Professional Services for GE Capital. He brings a solid twenty years of marketing expertise and IT expertise.
