How Does Molding Machinery Work?

Molding machinery heats resin while pushing the heated materials toward a mold using drag flow process. The resin is first inserted manually or automatically into a hopper and then moved through the machine by hydraulic power.

Resin is pushed forward while dryers remove any moisture in the materials. The heated material is pushed toward a mold and when it reaches the mold, is cooled there, creating the desired plastic component.
